Covid-19 Health & Safety Protocol
As a Professional Photography Studio we will ensure that we have the following measures in place:
Our Studio will be steam cleaned at the start of every working day and after each session. All surfaces that can be touched will be wiped down and any props or toys used will be sanitised. Any blankets or throws used will be washed between sessions.
We will be offering a smaller number of appointments per day to allow sufficient time to clean & sanitise. This will also avoid contact between Clients.
Photos for passports/driving licences (both in print form and digital) will only be taken by prior appointment.
We would ask that our clients disclose if anyone coming to their session or viewing has had a fever or any other symptoms such as coughs, sickness or vomiting or has been in contact with anyone displaying COVID-19 symptoms, suspected of having COVID-19 or has had a COVID-19 positive test result within the last week. Please give us 24 hours notice if you can and these appointments will be cancelled and re-arranged at a later date.
Our photographers will ensure that they have washed their hands thoroughly prior to every client appointment. Appropriate sanitising hand gels or spray will be available on entry to the studio for client use.
Our photographers will have face coverings for Studio use and practice social distancing where possible. This will affect normal procedures such as not shaking hands when greeting clients and the posing and organisation of clients during a shoot. We will need to ask parents for their help in moving their children or babies.
